1. Memberships, how it works

The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all memberships, i.e. contracts concluded between us and a consumer, in the version valid at the time of the order.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes which can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their professional activity (§ 13 BGB).

2. The following regulations apply to the receipt of an order in our Internet store:

The consumer submits a binding contract offer by successfully completing the order process provided in our Internet store.

The order is placed in the following steps:

Selection of the subscription and registration

Confirm by clicking on the “Order” button

Check the details in the shopping cart

Click on the “Checkout” button.

Log in to the social site after you have registered and entered your access data (e-mail address and password).

Check or correct the entered data again.

Binding submission of the order by clicking on the button “order with costs” or “buy”.

Before submitting the binding order, the consumer can return to the website on which the customer’s data is recorded and correct input errors or cancel the order process by closing the Internet browser after checking his details by pressing the “Back” button contained in the Internet browser he is using. We will immediately confirm receipt of the order by an automatically generated e-mail (“order confirmation”). With this we accept your offer.

Storage of the contract text for orders placed via our Internet store: We will send you the order data and our General Terms and Conditions by e-mail. For security reasons, your order data is no longer accessible via the Internet.

3. Prices, shipping costs, payment, due date

The prices quoted include statutory VAT and other price components.

The consumer has the option of paying in advance (to follow), cash on delivery (to follow), direct debit (to follow), PayPal, credit card (Visa) (to follow).

If the consumer has chosen to pay in advance, he undertakes to pay the purchase price immediately after conclusion of the contract.

Customers, if local, can also pay via cash, the purchase price claim becomes necessary with the first login.

All memberships offered by us are available immediately after the first login, unless we have expressly stated otherwise in the product description.

4. Retention of title

We reserve ownership of the “goods” membership on the website until the purchase price has been paid in full.

5. Right of withdrawal of the customer as a consumer

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their independent professional activity:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The revocation period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

6. Conclusion of contract, storage of the contract text

The following provisions on the conclusion of a contract apply to orders – in this case memberships in the form of a subscription.

The presentation of the social site does not constitute a legally binding contractual offer on our part, but is merely a non-binding invitation to the consumer to become a member and take out a subscription. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
